"Unlimited vacation" is indeed a trick. I like the "minimum required vacation". I would love it even more if companies did things to make it turnkey simple. A ton of people never take time off because they can't afford to do anything other than sit at home, so just say "hey, book the trip through the corporate system with a max budget of $X and anything below $X we give you on a gift Visa card to spend on your trip" or something like that, so people actually go and do something.
