There are plenty of low and no code tools that are "good enough" for likely 80% of typical business apps that work fairly closely to what you are talking about. The overwhelming majority of objections to them boil down to "I am convinced that my job is to generate reams of text as if I am a COBOL programmer and the year is 1983" or "I love elegant code" or "I am convinced I can write code better than the computer can", rather than knowing the capabilities of the tools.
