The problem isn't the opinions, the problem is that it is riddled with basic factual errors from the very beginning. It's like saying "the world is round, and I know it because it's a giant golf ball that astral dragons play putt-putt with, and all golf balls are round, therefore, the world is round". Right conclusion (possibly - I personally neither agree nor disagree re: TypeScript, I barely use JS and I've never used TS), but the facts which lead to the opinion are completely false, and easily verified to be fact.
