Most of us outside the bubble absolutely cannot stand what most companies pass off as "Agile" or "Scrum" or whatever. And the folks inside the bubble just shake their fist and scream "but that isn't True Agile" or "that's Fake Scrum" as if it matters to those of us spending 50% of our time in meetings, ceremonies, rituals, and so on, rather than Getting Work Done, having to pass everything through 87 layers of process, spending 10x as much time writing "documentation" in Jira and Confluence as we do writing "code" in our IDE, meanwhile the business is screaming at us "we spent all this money and hired all these people, why is everything so slow and miserable?"
The Agile/Scrum bubble is a very unhealthy place. :(
