Yanis is great at slamming other people, been reading his stuff at Project Syndicate for years. Meanwhile he barely qualifies as a "has been", borderline "never was". I think my year in the Civil Air Patrol means I might have more time in government service than he does.

Are his criticisms of others valid? Yeah, usually they are. But it's not hard to play Socrates and make others look bad. Hindsight is 20/20 as they say. He offers no real (or realistic) solutions of his own.
