Ask your mechanic or local construction contractor just how many of their clients get angry with them thinking the job would be done at a particular time or for a particular price.

While the article is good, these are all fine points... they don't do *much* other than give you a CYA to an angry customer, and now you are locked in a he said/she said over the exact wording you used, rather than advancing to a happy resolution.
