As the person writing the code, I really don't care about the user story, I care about the requirement, and I don't really care what nomenclature you give it, as long as I know what fields you need on the screen, where you need them, what validation needs to be performed, where the data needs to be saved, and so on.

Articles like this further convince me that all of the good in the original concept of Agile has been turned into useless mush that all just needs to be thrown away. I'd rather deal with Waterfall than this mess.
